The Collective includes Olympic surfer Kauli Vaast, culinary innovator Alfie Steiner, former professional footballer Javier Pastore and sleep expert Olivia Arezzolo. Novotel stated that the program is based on the concept that small daily improvements can compound over time.
“We're democratizing longevity. For too long, wellness has been positioned as a luxury pursuit requiring extreme measures. The Novotel 37 Collective proves that extraordinary health and happiness come from small, consistent actions anyone can take – whether you're traveling for business, planning a family vacation, or simply living your daily life,” said Jean-Yves Minet, Novotel Global Brand President.
According to the company, the name “37 Collective” reflects the idea that a one percent daily improvement could result in a 37-fold increase over a year. The initiative will focus on four areas described as longevity pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep and connection.
Steiner will contribute plant-based culinary concepts; Vaast will focus on physical activity; Arezzolo will provide sleep-related guidance; and Pastore will address mental clarity and balance.
In a press release, Novotel cited findings from a global online survey conducted from November 21 to November 30, 2025, of 9,000 adults who have traveled for business or leisure across the United Kingdom, Brazil, France, the United Arab Emirates, China, Australia, Germany and India. According to the survey, 50.2% of respondents regularly set personal goals, while 19% do not set goals. The company stated that 79.3% expressed confidence in achieving their goals, with confidence decreasing by age group.
“The longevity economy is projected to be worth $4.6 trillion by 2030, but it shouldn't be exclusive to those who can afford expensive retreats or extreme programs. Through the Novotel 37 Collective, we're bringing world-class wellness wisdom to everyone, everywhere – from our 625 hotels across 70 countries to your daily routine at home,” said Minet.
Novotel operates more than 600 hotels in over 70 countries and is part of Accor, a global hospitality group.
