NEW YORK, December 23, 2025 (WELLNESS INTERVIEWS) — Private wellness club Continuum has announced the rollout of its third and final membership tier. The new tier, which begins in January 2026, will serve as the entry point to Continuum’s flagship West Village club and is priced at $25,000 per year. Membership at the flagship location remains capped at 250 members.

According to Continuum, the new tier reflects the next phase of its long-term growth strategy following continued demand across its existing membership levels.

“We designed Continuum to scale deliberately — first by proving the model at the highest level, then by expanding access in phases without compromising standards. Unlocking this final tier allows us to extend the Continuum experience to a broader group of individuals who share our commitment to practicing wellness with intention and precision,” said Jeff Halevy, Founder and CEO of Continuum.

Continuum’s membership model integrates diagnostics, data, performance, recovery, fitness, and expert human guidance. All tiers operate on the same system but differ in service depth, frequency, and level of oversight. The full membership structure ranges from $25,000 to $100,000 per year.

“Growth isn't just about scale; it's about alignment. Continuum is bringing together a curated community of people who approach wellness with the same level of intent they bring to the rest of their lives,” said Halevy.
