BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 28, 2026 (WELLNESS INTERVIEWS) — Urgent care provider American Family Care has appointed Rhett Lankford as President. Lankford will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Morgan.

The company operates more than 400 walk-in clinics nationwide and says the appointment is part of efforts to strengthen infrastructure and support across its franchise network.
Lankford brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and Management Services Organization (MSO) platforms. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at NAPA Managed Services, where he oversaw operational performance across hospitals, surgical centers, and academic medical centers. He previously held a leadership role in Health Industries Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers and completed the Leadership and Management program at The Wharton School.
