IRVINE, Calif., April 17, 2026 (WELLNESS INTERVIEWS) — Fitness franchisor Club Pilates has signed a Master Franchise Agreement with DM Active Wellness Inc. in the Philippines to open 30 studios over the next 10 years.

The agreement marks the brand’s continued expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. DM Active Wellness Inc. is an affiliate of DM Global Inc., a diversified lifestyle company operating across beauty and wellness, professional sports, food, hospitality, events and real estate sectors in the Philippines.
DM Global Inc. is led by Chief Executive Officer Mars Balajadia and President Dick Balajadia. The company’s portfolio includes The 3rd Fitness Lab, a fitness center in Quezon City, along with restaurant, hospitality and real estate ventures.
