Cristiano Ronaldo Acquires 10% Stake in Herbalife’s Pro2col Technology With $7.5 Million Investment

LOS ANGELES, February 19, 2026 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Health and wellness company Herbalife Ltd. has announced that Cristiano Ronaldo acquired a 10% equity interest in HBL Pro2col Software, LLC, which holds the company’s Pro2col technology. Ronaldo invested $7.5 million and committed to provide services and sponsorship rights to Pro2col Software as part of the agreement.

Pro2col is a digital personalized wellness platform designed to use individual data to create structured health plans, track daily habits, and measure progress through a proprietary scoring system known as Pro2Score. The platform is intended to support user engagement and provide tools to Herbalife’s distributor network.

Herbalife has partnered with Ronaldo since 2013 as his global nutrition partner. The companies previously collaborated on the development of Herbalife24® CR7 Drive, a sports drink created to support athletic performance.

Herbalife has initiated a phased beta rollout of Pro2col, with access currently available to distributors and customers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The company plans to expand availability to additional international markets beginning with select EMEA regions in 2026.
