Paley, who holds active medical licenses in California and Texas, will conduct QME evaluations across multiple California locations including Victorville, Hanford, San Bernardino, San Jacinto, Bellflower, Moreno Valley, Menifee, Anaheim, Lancaster, and Placerville.
Paley earned his medical degree from Touro University and completed his psychiatry residency at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, where he served as chief resident of the emergency psychiatric department. In addition to his work with The Guardian Group, Paley serves as Director of Psychiatric Services at Heartwood Detox in San Rafael, Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Creekside Recovery in Orinda, and consulting psychiatrist to Recovery Without Walls in Mill Valley. He also provides patient care at John George Psychiatric Hospital in San Leandro.
