Griebe brings more than 25 years of experience in fitness, wellness, and hospitality operations. Before joining VASA, he served as Senior Vice President at Arch Amenities Group, where he managed national teams and oversaw business growth initiatives. As COO, Griebe will oversee operations across all clubs, including fitness services, facilities management, and safety.

Petersen joins the company with over two decades of marketing leadership experience at Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Whistle Express, where she led campaigns that increased membership and engagement. At VASA, she will oversee brand strategy, performance marketing, and member engagement initiatives.
